Soughton Hall Wedding Photography – Sima & Mike – Summer 2021

After a crazy crazy busy year, I am finally trying to keep up with the website blogs. Its a great way to relive your day and share your photo highlights with family and friends.

So I will start with the incredible wedding of Sima and Mike who were married at Soughton Hall, summer 2021.

Soughton Hall has been welcoming guests for nearly 300 years and  is an exclusive use wedding and event venue, located in Mold just outside Chester Northwest UK. This stunning Georgian country house has one of the longest driveways we have ever seen, manicured gardens more photo locations than just about any other wedding venue in the north-west.

Sima stared the day getting ready in Soughton Hall’s bridal suite, whilst Mike along with his groomsmen were ready in a guest bedroom. We were lucky enough with the weather to have the ceremony held outside in the scorching sunshine. 

The sun shone all day for us, with perfect blue skies and just the right amount of cloud, making for some amazing photographs.

As always the marquee looked incredible for the couples wedding breakfast and the food of course was just amazing. 

After all formalities we were again very lucky to head back outside into the dark for our night time signature portraits which you can see in the blog below, this has to be almost favourite time of the day where we can be as creative as possible and create some of my most amazing images. 

The party kicked off in the evening with a band, and EVERYBODY was up dancing and having the time of their lives.
