Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding at Colshaw Hall. The day began with the bridal party’s preparations in the elegant Dressing Room, with natural light streaming through the windows, creating a soft, dreamy atmosphere for those candid getting-ready shots.
The ceremony in The Stables was heartfelt and emotional, and I couldn’t help but notice the way the groom’s face lit up as he saw his bride walk down the aisle. After the ceremony, we moved to the Japanese Gardens for portraits – a peaceful moment for the couple to soak in their first moments as newlyweds while I worked quietly in the background, capturing their connection.
As the sun set, guests gathered in The Peel Suite for speeches and celebrations. The energy, laughter, and love in the room made for some fantastic candid shots.
